My vision for this blog is that it will inspire you. This blog is going to be a challenge for me in many ways but my goal is to keep pushing forward and to encourage you to do the same. Fitness to me is about being healthy, energetic, and strong so you can do better in all other areas of your life.When we feel good and we look good we are more confident to do that which God has set out before us. I always say a good sweaty workout is way cheaper than therapy but not nearly as great as Jesus.

Whole , raw, almonds are the best way to go. Try steaming a large sweet potato and sprinkle on almonds and a little sea salt and/or cinnamon.
